Equipment Overview:

       The three-cylinder bending testing machine adopts the technology of hydraulic loading combined with microcomputer system. After bending the sample to a certain Angle by a vertical cylinder, the sample is bent to the required Angle by two opposite horizontal cylinders。The testing machine adopts the whole frame structure, directly uses the main piston to achieve the bending of the sample, and through the work of the left and right pistons can achieve the 180° bending of the sample, easy to operate and efficient。It is mainly used for the technological bending of metal materials, which can realize the control process of equal rate loading and equal rate displacement, and can realize the control of force and displacement in one test, and the control can be smoothly converted between each control。The testing machine has automatic bending test and manual test functions, which can be switched freely。
